We are closed completely on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The restaurant will be closed again from Thursday 31st December 2020 due to local tier restrictions. The takeaway will be open as normal.

Restaurant

The restaurant is back open, following a long break off! We will be running a reduced menu over breakfast and lunch. Walk ins are available, however booking a table is preferred! You can book here.

We have made some changes to the restaurant’s layout, including reduced and spaced out tables, plastic screens, a track and trace QR code, and table service. We will not be taking any outdoor bookings.

A member of staff will be on the doors at all times to allow customers with a booking inside. If there is a vacancy available, we may take walk-ins, but this is down to daily availability and at the manager’s discretion. Please book a table first to avoid any disappointments!

All customers visiting the restaurant must provide their name and contact number (or email) for track and trace purposes.

Due to our new restaurant procedures, we will not be running a full capacity restaurant. We will try our best to accommodate different party sizes where safe and practical to do so.

Due to the existing tier restrictions, we will not be taking any bookings for customers in split households. If you live in a tier 3 area, please avoid visiting the site – including the takeaway and the restaurant. We will also not be taking any bookings for tables of more than 6 people.

When visiting the restaurant, you must wear a facemask at all times, unless sat down at your table. This includes going to the toilets. Those with medical exemptions or children under 11 are not permitted to wear facemasks. Table service has also been introduced for breakfast and lunch, so please avoid visiting the bar/tills unless absolutely necessary.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse entry to the restaurant if procedures are not followed.

Kiosk – Will remain open with limited takeaway options

Alongside our takeaway, we will be opening a kiosk for soft drinks, hot drinks, and ice-creams.

This can be located to the left of the restaurant doors.

Pre-orders/Collections (01275 333345)

You can pre-order by telephone, to avoid the queue. Phone lines are open daily from Wednesday – Sunday for same day collections only. We have 2 phone-lines available for booking a collection, No.1 for the restaurant, and No.2 for the kitchen. We are unable to take any voicemails or take any pre-order requests over email.

We have slots available every 15 minutes, from midday until late, Wednesday to Sunday. Just let us know what time you would like to collect and we will do our best to help!

Pre-orders can be collected from the kiosk, just provide your order number/name. On quieter evenings, we may ask that you collect your pre-order from the takeaway. You will be informed of your pickup point when placing your order on the phone. Customers picking their order up from the takeaway must wear a facemask. 

You can also come along and queue to order. We highly recommend pre-ordering your food to avoid the weather and queues. We’ve expanded our slots to allow more customers to order at the same time!

Takeaway

Social distancing guidelines will still be in place throughout our site, including in our takeaway. We politely ask customers to wear a facemask or face covering when inside our takeaway to help keep staff safe. Face masks or coverings do not apply to those medically exempt or under the age of 11, as per Government guidelines. If you’re medically exempt, please remember to bring your lanyards.

We also have a queue management system, with a limited number of customers allowed in the takeaway at any given time.

To help keep everyone safe and distanced, we politely ask customers to wait outside with their order number (printed on the top of your receipt). Once your order number has been called, you may come back in and collect your food. Please adhere to social distance guidelines when waiting for your food, or when queueing.

With Winter here, and with the very unpredictable weather, please wrap up warm and remember to bring a waterproof coat or umbrella in the event you are asked to wait outside.

We are taking cash payments as normal now across our site, but wherever possible, contactless payments would be preferred!

The site

During peak times, we may temporarily close the car park to ensure customers are parked safely and appropriately. This also helps us limit the number of people on site. There will be signs at both the entrance and exit letting customers know when the car park is full.

There will currently be no picnic benches available on site as we do not have the facilities to properly maintain and sanitise them. Customers are welcome to use the grass areas to sit on or the various stone benches.

We ask that customers adhere to social distancing where possible, place all rubbish in the available bins, and bring change for the car park (£2.20).

There are public toilets available on site. These are located towards the back of the takeaway. These are locked by Bristol Water and checked/cleaned daily. We take no responsibility for any of the public toilets on site.
