Our fish is delivered fresh daily by the lovely people at Flying Fish Seafood and all of the fish that goes into our fish chips is always sustainably fished and is MSC approved. All our veg comes direct from the local farms in the Chew Valley and we use only grade-A spuds to make our seriously tasty chips.

When it comes to meat, we use local Blagdon Butchers  and the smoked salmon on our menus is smoked just round the corner at Chew Valley Smokehouse. All our garnishes and salads are grown in Bristol at the Severn Project and our Ice Cream is handmade my Chew Moo’s, just outside of East Dundry.

Our coffee comes from the lovely people at Wogan  our wines, spirits and bottled beers from Matthew Clark and our draft ales and beers come from Butcombe Brewery.

Gluten Free

Cast a careful eye over our menu and you’ll notice that a lot of our dishes are gluten free, including our fish and chips.

Our top secret homemade batter recipe is totally gluten free and we use British rapeseed oil, which is naturally gluten free, in our fryers. To prevent cross contamination all products using breadcrumbs are cooked in a separate fryer. We even use gluten free vinegar, just to be on the safe side!
